- The Cyprus Nitro Club ( CNC ) was founded in early 2007 after a group of enthusiasts realised the potential of this underrated hobby.
- Although groups in Cyprus had previously attempted to establish an organised group dedicated to RC racing, CNC is the first to raise the bar and bring the hobby to a whole new level.
- Races are organised, based on a high standard European level, for racers with 1/10 & 1/8 cars at a new, professionally designed race track just outside the capital, Nicosia.
- Here, at the also newly designed website, races, events, launches and even forums where help issues can be discussed are just part of the dedication put into the hobby of RC racing in Cyprus.
